
Dr. Allie Seagle, DVM
Dr. Seagle is originally from Charleston, South Carolina. She received her B.S. in Animal Science at Clemson University and then graduated as a DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. After spending a number of years at a fast-paced small animal clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Seagle is excited to be back in the Carolinas!
At home, she has a Blue Heeler named Beckett, a tabby cat named Charlie, and a 'torbie' cat named Marlene.

Sarah Spallina, Practice Manager
Sarah joined the team in 2020 after moving from Rochester, New York to get away from the snow. She has had a management role in human medicine since graduating from The University at Buffalo in 2013 with a BSA in Health and Human Services.
While this is her first role in veterinary medicine, she looks forward to exceeding the expectations of all our clients and their furry family members.

Kim Heisel, RVT, CVPM
Kim Heisel has enjoyed a very diverse veterinary career with experience in general, specialty/referral, and emergency practices as both a technician and practice manager. She has also worked as an animal health pharmaceutical representative. An active veterinary practice consultant and a provider of CE presentations for veterinarians and support staff, Kim also owns and operates a practice consultancy group in addition to her role.
Kim attended school at St. Petersburg College in Florida where she earned her bachelor’s in veterinary technology and hospital management. Kim is a registered veterinary technician, a certified veterinary practice manager, and is Fear Free certified. She is an active member of VSPN (as a board moderator), VHMA, and NAVTA.
She proudly resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband, their two sons, and a houseful of fur. When she is not busy in veterinary medicine, she is active with her family, loves traveling and the outdoors, enjoys photography, and is an avid Carolina Panthers fan.

Helee, Veterinary Assistant

Narvice, Customer Service Representative
Born and raised in Pineville, NC, Narvice comes to us after an eighteen-year career in the real estate business. Having previously worked in the veterinary field, she has returned to her one true love, working with animals.
Her many years of dog sitting and volunteering with pets clearly show where her heart is. She shares her home with two amazing, but very spoiled, Pit Bull pups, Gracie and Ophelia. In her free time, Narvice enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Brian, Veterinary Assistant
Brian Williams joined the team at Austin Village Pet Hospital in July 2020. Originally from Taylorsville, NC, he has always had a special love for animals. After receiving his Veterinary Assistant diploma from Penn Foster College Career School, He entered the veterinary field in 2011.
Brian spends his free time enjoying NASCAR racing, college football, country music concerts, shopping at antique stores, traveling on cruise ships, and being an active member of Westford United Methodist Church. He lives in Concord, North Carolina with his partner of 14 years, Reed, and their beloved pug, ‘Otis’.

Mya, Veterinary Assistant
Mya is from Pineville, NC and is Narvice’s daughter. She joins us after seven years in the food service industry. While she is new to the field, her love of working with people and animals makes her a great fit. Mya loves coming to work to learn how best to take care of all our fury friends.
When not at work, she enjoys travelling, trying new foods and spending time with her daughter, Nora and her pit bull, Ophelia.
